FROM AN IDEA TO A QUOTE

Choose what “custom” means for you.

Send your maker the wedding date, venue address, approximate size, inspiration images and budget. Then establish exactly what the quote covers.

01

Build the structure

A fabricator can create a backdrop or installation for your event. Ask about materials, safe setup and whether you rent or own the finished piece.

02

Design the flowers

A floral designer tailors the arrangement to your palette and ceremony. Confirm who provides the arch frame and what happens to the flowers afterward.

03

Personalize a rental

Start with an existing wall or floral piece and ask about available changes. Confirm the customization charge and return requirements.

04

Buy a piece to keep

Look for an explicit purchase offer. Confirm dimensions, transport, assembly, storage and whether flowers are included before commissioning a build.

Custom arch questions

Which businesses actually build custom backdrops?

Relics Rentals, Sound By Design and Party Arch explicitly advertise custom fabrication of backdrops or structures. Ask whether they can make your specific arch and whether the finished piece is sold or rented.

Can I buy a custom wedding arch?

Silk Stem Collective explicitly lists custom-made wood arches for purchase, starting at $1,500. It is an Illinois option. Purchase pickup, shipping and Wisconsin delivery still need confirmation.

Can someone make a flower wall in my wedding colors?

Wisco Blooms states that it can customize its flower walls and flower horns. Confirm your exact palette, design changes and total rental quote directly.

Does custom floral design include a newly built frame?

Not necessarily. Eucalyptus & Company and Bird & Bumble offer tailored floral designs, including ceremony arches. Ask who supplies the structure, whether it is rented and what the setup quote includes.
