BEFORE YOU BOOK

Choosing a flower wall for your wedding

Look beyond the color. The wall’s footprint, setup requirements and package contents matter when planning a ceremony or photo area.

01

Match the space

Confirm the assembled width, height and depth, including support feet. Ask your venue about wall placement, access routes and the space needed for guests to take photos.

02

Confirm what is pictured

Ask for recent photos of the actual rental and confirm the floral material. Signs, lighting, balloons or other accessories shown in photos may be separate.

03

Arrange setup and pickup

Check whether installation is included, who handles assembly and when the wall must be collected. Confirm any late pickup or travel charges before booking.

Wedding rental questions

What are the listed flower wall rental prices?

Some prices cover only the rental item, while others are distance-based packages with installation. Quote-only listings also appear. Read the price basis and supplier policies before comparing; a starting price is not a complete quote for your venue.

Is there a difference between a flower wall and a greenery wall?

The listings include floral walls, boxwood or hedge-style greenery, and mixed greenery with white flowers. Use each item’s description and the supplier’s actual photos to compare the look.

Are wall dimensions and delivery included?

Details vary by supplier. The General Party Rental hedge wall is listed as 7 ft by 8 ft; many other dimensions still need confirmation. Delivery or installation being available does not mean it is included in the displayed price.

Can a wall include our names or a custom sign?

Customization has not been confirmed for these listings. Ask whether signs can be attached safely, who supplies them and whether personalization changes the quote.

About this first version

These 47 listings come from 11 suppliers’ public websites, reviewed November 3, 2026. Suppliers have not confirmed them with us. Prices, service areas and availability can change. Illustrations show general styles, not the actual rental items. Follow the supplier photo links to see the real products. Any approved supplier photos are credited in the item details. Google scores are supplier business ratings, checked November 2, 2026, and may change; they are not reviews of individual rentals.

The directory helps you research and compare suppliers. No live ads, paid placements or booking service are active.
