Ask the supplier to mark each part as included, additional or not needed. Ask whether a deposit is part-payment or a separate refundable security deposit, so you do not count the same cost twice.
Travel & timing
Give the venue address and access times. Ask about travel distance, stairs, late collection and moving the arch between ceremony and reception.
Venue fit
Confirm assembled height, width and support depth. Share the ground surface, indoor backup location and venue rules before installation is agreed.
Pickup or delivery and setup?
Pickup may suit a simple frame when the supplier permits it and you have suitable transport, time and help. Ask for packed dimensions, loading instructions, assembly requirements and the return deadline. A low rental price alone does not establish that an item is practical to collect yourself.
For a large floral installation, compare a delivered package against a frame plus separately arranged decoration and labor. Forever in Bloom describes a package with delivery within its stated 20-mile Bay View zone; additional travel, relocation and late collection can change the total. Easy Breezy advertises delivery and setup as extra-fee services on the Juliette listing.
