BEFORE YOU BOOK

Planning your Chicago wedding backdrop

Chicagoland coverage can span a large area. Use your venue’s address and access schedule to get a useful comparison between suppliers.

01

Price delivery from the supplier’s base

AGS Events prices its wall packages by distance from Mundelein. The $750 starting package applies within 10 miles of that office; it is not a flat Chicago-wide price.

02

Check the installation footprint

Chicago Flower Wall lists 8 × 8 ft styles in this collection. Confirm the support feet, ceiling clearance and access route as well as the visible backdrop dimensions.

03

Share the venue’s access rules

Tell the supplier about loading access, stairs or elevators, setup windows and collection deadlines. Ask for a quote that covers your actual schedule and installation location.

What does a wedding arch rental cost?

Wedding rental questions

Are all these suppliers based in Chicago?

No. Chicago Flower Wall is based in Hickory Hills, AGS Events in Mundelein, and Party Arch in Carol Stream. Easy Breezy Bash Co and Lux Rentals are Wisconsin-based suppliers that advertise Chicagoland coverage. The supplier-base filter shows where each business is located.

How much does a Chicago flower wall cost?

The collection includes item prices and quote-only options. AGS Events publishes packages from $750 to $1,250 depending on distance from its Mundelein office, with delivery, setup and breakdown at one location. Additions can cost extra. Request a venue-specific quote from each supplier.

Can I use the wall outdoors?

Do not assume so. The AGS silk flower wall in this directory is listed for indoor use only. Ask other suppliers about weather limits, anchoring and venue approval for the exact item.

Why are some prices shown as quote required?

Chicago Flower Wall asks customers to request prices for the listed styles and charges separately for delivery. A confirmed design, date and venue address are needed to compare its full offer with another supplier’s package.

About this first version

These 47 listings come from 11 suppliers’ public websites, reviewed November 3, 2026. Suppliers have not confirmed them with us. Prices, service areas and availability can change. Illustrations show general styles, not the actual rental items. Follow the supplier photo links to see the real products. Any approved supplier photos are credited in the item details. Google scores are supplier business ratings, checked November 2, 2026, and may change; they are not reviews of individual rentals.

The directory helps you research and compare suppliers. No live ads, paid placements or booking service are active.
