The wall itself
Compare flowers versus greenery, faux versus fresh material, visible width and height, and what comes with the stand. A bigger installation may have a separate rate.
THE PRICE BEHIND THE PICTURE
What does a flower
wall rental cost?
Flower-wall quotes can cover very different things. A wall-only price, a delivered package and a custom design should be compared with their inclusions beside them.
Three examples, three pricing approaches.
The greenery example below is listed at $199. The installed silk-wall package starts at $750 within a defined distance from the supplier’s office. Another supplier requires a quote. These are researched examples, not a market-wide price range or average.
| Rental | Listed price | What that price means |
|---|---|---|
| Gaia wallEasy Breezy Bash Co | $199 | An 8 × 8 ft artificial boxwood wall. Delivery and setup are extra; ask about signs and flowers. |
| Indoor Silk Flower WallAGS Events | From $750 | An indoor 8 × 8 ft silk wall. The starting package covers addresses within 10 miles of the Mundelein office, including delivery, setup and breakdown at one location. |

What changes the total?
Delivery & labor
Provide the venue address, access route and schedule. Ask whether delivery, installation and breakdown are included, and whether late collection or relocation costs more.
The finishing touches
Confirm signs, initials, lighting, balloons and extra flowers individually. A styled photograph does not establish which accessories come with the rental.
Why distance-based prices need an address.
AGS Events publishes four wall-package tiers: $750 within 10 miles, $850 for 10–25 miles, $950 for 25–50 miles and $1,250 for 50–75 miles of its office. The office is in Mundelein. Its lowest tier should not be read as a Chicago-wide price.
Those packages include delivery, setup and breakdown at one location; moving the wall during the event and optional additions cost extra. Ask the supplier how it calculates distance and which tier applies to your venue.
Pickup can change the comparison.
Easy Breezy’s Gaia page offers self-pickup in Oak Creek and charges separately for full-service delivery. Before choosing pickup, confirm the packed size, vehicle requirements, loading help, assembly responsibility and return window. Include any transport or hired help in your own comparison.
Check the item’s use restrictions too. The AGS wall is for indoor use only. Outdoor permission for another wall still needs confirmation for the exact product and setting.
Request the same breakdown from every supplier.
Please quote [wall] for [date and venue address], including the stand, any selected sign or lighting, delivery, installation and collection. Please list additional charges and confirm the assembled size, access requirements and indoor or outdoor suitability.
Once you have full quotes, compare the total alongside the design and service. The directory’s price filter uses the published starting or item price, so it cannot replace this final comparison.
